we don’t know day-to-day whether or not he’s going to survive his leadership we don’t know when the election’s going to be called the uncertainty in the chaos is not help Canada stands on the brink of chaos Trudeau’s leadership is collapsing and Danielle Smith is here to expose how this failure impacts every Canadian family this isn’t just Smith’s take Canadians are fed up calls for Trudeau’s resignation are growing louder and Smith is leading the charge for change well I thought that for some time we need to have a new election if you’re going to to go toe-to-toe with the US president you need to say I got a four-year mandate you’re stuck dealing with me and he can’t say that right now Smith doesn’t mince words Trudeau’s lack of a clear mandate is weakening Canada at home our economy suffers abroad our reputation crumbles how can we compete with global giants like the US and China and speaking of global Powers Donald Trump has already taken aim at Canada’s crumbling leadership let’s hear how Premier Smith plans to counter being on Trump’s Target we don’t do not want to be on the president Alex’s radar screen in this way um I think we all know that China is a problem because they’re undercutting both of our manufacturing sectors we know that Mexico has also been allowing China to be a a back door to bring cheap Goods into North America I think in violation of the spirit of the agreement Donald Trump just called out TR ud’s weak leadership and Canadians should be alarmed with scandals piling up and crises exploding Trudeau’s inaction is more than embarrassing it’s dangerous Smith reveals a hard truth Trudeau’s failures are personal from your grocery bill to your paycheck his policies are squeezing Canadian families so how much longer can we take this how much longer can we take it if there’s a 25% tariff it’s going to impact our ability to uh to continue to maintain our market share it’s going to be devastating for our economy it’s devastating especially for our manufacturing Goods but if we end up then doing Tit for Tat and having 25% tariffs on American Goods coming into Canada when we’re in the middle of an an inflation crisis and an affordability crisis that’s terrible for Canadian consumers a trade war in the middle of an affordability crisis it’s a recipe for disaster Smith warns that Trudeau’s inaction is jeopardizing not just our trade relationships but also the wallets of hardworking Canadians and it’s not just about oil the threat extends to power bills auto manufacturing and even the food on our tables you can make an equal case for electricity you don’t want to see an in 25% increase in power bills in the in the states that are reliant on on power from Eastern Canada the auto manufacturing um and the parts go back and forth across the border seven or eight times before a car is assembled that will just increase the cost of cars as well so I would say that regardless of whether it’s energy whether it’s manufacturing whether it’s food we import a lot of American food products it there is no benefit to either Canadian consumers or American consumers in getting into a trade War we’ve got to solve this Smith leaves no room for doubt this isn’t Politics as Usual it’s about survival Trudeau’s failures aren’t abstract they’re hitting Canadians hard from rising prices to International embarrassment Justin Trudeau’s government is asleep at the wheel leaving provinces to pick up the slack Danielle Smith has had enough Smith paints a picture of a national crisis that Trudeau’s government has ignored for far too long in your discussions with the trudo government do you get a sense of urgency on this that’s another area where I think that there has to be a sense of urgency because you’re quite right is that by proportionately maybe Mexico Mexico is worse we know that but the trend is going in the wrong direction in Canada and to such an extent that the Americans have taken note urgency from Trudeau’s government let’s not hold our breath while the Americans are sounding alarms about Canada’s slipping border control Trudeau’s team seems more focused on empty platitudes than action but hey why stop at one crisis when you can have two Alberta’s energy sector the backbone of Canada’s economy is is under siege not just from us tariffs but also from Trudeau’s own carbon tax and Emissions cap Trudeau’s failures are hitting your wallet your home and your family how much longer will you let this happen how much longer can we afford his failures how much longer can this go on which is worse the combination of the carbon tax and the emissions cap or the threat of tariff one thing I would say is that uh at the at the event today I’ll be on a panel with liberal Premier Andrew Fury which says something a couple of things number one that uh it shows the collegiality of the premier’s table that he and I can be on a panel together and have a lot of common cause as you’ll see we also have are are both uh energy superpowers right I mean um new New Finland and Labrador is the the second largest exporter of energy and so I think we share a lot of common interest there as well a federal government more focused on punishment than progress Smith highlights Trudeau’s carbon tax and Emissions cap are crippling Alberta’s economy despite the province leading in cuttingedge clean energy technology after endless attempts to get the federal government to wake up Alberta’s calling the shots the stakes couldn’t be higher and Smith’s message enough is enough it’s time for the feds to stop playing politics with Canada’s future we’ve been trying to to get the feds to align with us since my very first call with Justin Trudeau they continue to go down a track that is going to be damaging to our country damaging to our relationship with the United States and that’s why we’ve invoked The Sovereign actus we’re just not going to stand for it next time you fill up your tank or buy groceries remember this Trudeau’s decisions are making your life harder think of your grocery bill your paycheck or your energy costs Trudeau’s failures are hitting your family where it hurts the most from Alberta’s oil fields to your kitchen table the impact is real while the feds push for emissions caps they fail to acknowledge how shutting down production would consumers Across the Nation if Trudeau really cared about Canadians he’d recognize that Alberta’s success fuels the entire country but instead Premier Smith is left to remind Canadians if the feds hurt Alberta they’ll be hurting everyone from Ontario to Quebec we need that ontarians and quebecers to know that they uh gasoline comes from Alberta and that if you were to to reduce that supply and start shutting in production it’s going to be a it’s going to impact consumers in Ontario and Quebec it’s going to impact our entire country uh we also are um a generator of a lot of revenue for the federal government when they charge much higher corporate income taxes much higher personal income taxes so when we do well Canada does well Trudeau’s government seems to think it can win by isolating Alberta gutting produ C imposing caps and pushing tariffs but reality check attacking Alberta only sabotages Team Canada’s economy guest Trudeau didn’t get the memo that Prosperity starts with a strong energy sector Premier Smith isn’t just talking about energy she’s talking about loyalty to the economy to workers and yes to Team Canada but only if Trudeau can stop treating Alberta like the enemy and start treating it as the back of our prosperity I’ve said to the to Justin Trudeau um that yeah we we are absolutely on Team Canada but we want Team Canada to be on team Alberta that understanding that Alberta is uh Central to our affordability and our prosperity as opposed to continually trying to shut it down as the feds have been trying to do for a number of years Trudeau’s attack on Alberta is an attack on Canada itself Pierre PV stands for the hardworking Canadians Trudeau seems to ignore this is the leadership we need now more than ever trying to shut down Alberta isn’t just hurting producers it’s threatening the social services that every Community across the country depends on if Trudeau keeps undermining Alberta he’s not just sabotaging an energy Powerhouse he’s threatening Health Care education and public services across Canada Prosperity fuels public services and Alberta’s energy sector is key to that equation they are connected because the more Revenue you have the more you’re able to hire nurses and teachers and doctors and social workers to take care of your most vulnerable and that’s part of the reason why we know that there is a connection yeah you can’t have one without the other if you want a strong robust public service that delivers what people need you need to have a strong robust private sector and the energy industry drives a lot of that here’s the bottom line Trudeau’s priorities aren’t with Canadians from crushing our energy sector to inflating costs across the board his leadership is a liability Danielle Smith is stepping up offering real solutions for Canada’s future Danielle Smith’s message is clear without Alberta’s strength Canada’s future is at stake Canadians deserve leadership that delivers real solutions not empty promises while Trudeau plays politics Danielle Smith is defending Alberta’s economy and Canada’s future with real leadership meanwhile Trudeau’s politics ignore the simple truth a strong Alberta means a strong Canada in fact Trudeau’s leadership is a mix of empty hashtags and photo ops no substance just smoke and mirrors while Smith’s vision is about jobs stability and a real economy that actually works but hey who needs nurses teachers or clean roads when you can have empty promises and woke gestures if Trudeau truly cared about Canadians he’d back Alberta not sabotage it but then again coherence and leadership are optional in Justin’s Playbook aren’t they so how much longer can Canadians afford Trudeau’s leadership do you think Canada can afford Trudeau’s leadership any longer…
