Canada’s prime minister Justin Trudeau has resigned as leader of his Liberal party, but will stay on as prime minister until the Liberals elect his replacement. The announcement caps months of growing dissent against Trudeau over the cost-of-living crisis and his handling of the pandemic. After a decade in office, what is Trudeau’s legacy?
